I just blast 'What The Hell' By Avril Lavinge. It usually works for me. If not I go and do Wolfstar (Or your otp.) anything. Fanfiction, tumblr tag, write, watch their leaky con wedding. That's what works for me.

Never happened to me before but I would drink more water, use the bathroom if needed, and lie on the bed and do nothing for a period of time (although listening to music at the same time would also be nice)
Run around, punch and kick things no matter it hurts (that I hurt myself helps me somehow O.o), and I also tend to cry sometimes, and when I do, I tell myself not to cry and hit more objects facepalm
Listening to music works for me sometimes but when I am really mad, I box... Not against people (I would hate it if I hurt them! :/) but just with a boxing bag, For me it's a great reliever.
I throw heavy objects around and I smash things to pieces, and though I tend to accidentally end up hurting myself, I cool off pretty quickly.
