A Jacob Black Story
OH MY GODDDD!! Hiiiii. :] ♥ Woahh, it's been forever, I know. I am so so so soooo super sorry. Forgive me? D: Anyhooo, here's the next part! YAY! Sorry if it's not the best. Enjoy? :D
By the way, I sped time a little bit. Oh, and I am sooo loving the new Quibblo. :]
P.S. For the people who just started reading this story, I apologize for the title. I was twelve when I started writing this story. (;
No matter how bad things look, they always get better. [Jacob's Point of View]
It was clear that she was feeling much better than she was a couple days ago, when we first got here. Which was a relief to the both of us. I couldn't stand to see her in that bed, with all those machines hooked up to her, for much longer. Now I could do nothing but wait and hope that nothing took a turn for the worse.
"Thank you for staying here with me for this long," She said, meaning what she just said.
"You should know by now that I would never leave you while something like this is going on," I said, a small frown forming on my face. It was obvious to anyone that I would never do that, and it should've been obvious to her too.
She sighed as she carefully leaned back on her bed that was propped up slightly to give her some support. "I just want to get out of here."
I couldn't blame her for that. I didn't want to be here anymore either. This place was full of sicknesses and death. I didn't want to be here in general, and definitely not with the person I was in love with, because honestly, this place scared me a lot.
"I know, but we'll be out of here soon," I said. She seemed to relax at my reassuring words.
As in on cue, the doctor, that has been taking care of her the whole time, walked into the room. I turned my head towards him, giving him my full attention. Hopefully, he would tell us something that we actually wanted to hear for a change. He studied us for a long minute before he said anything. That short period of silence seemed a lot longer than it actually was.
"I have some good news," He said with a small smile playing at his lips. I let out the breath that I never knew I was holding in. _ and I exchanged a quick glance. "Really?!" She said, the excitement clear in her voice. He nodded.
I patiently waited for him to say something more. "You've made a really quick recovery and if everything goes as planned, you should be able to leave within the next few days." We were both completely relieved at this point. She looked over at me as her lips pulled up into another smile. I couldn't help but smile with her. Before I knew it, she threw her arms around me and whispered into my ear, "I told you."
The next two days seemed to go by slower than usual, but I knew that was because we were so close to getting out of here.
I looked over to _, she was sitting on the bed, in those clothes that she wore here, waiting for the doctor to dismiss us. I couldn't help but smile at the thought of her being better. It felt good to have things back to the way they used to be.
Another minute passed by before the doctor finally entered the room. "How are you feeling?" He asked, even though he already knew the answer. "I feel great, I'm just glad to be getting out of here. No offence." He laughed lightly. "None taken. Well, it looks like you have everything you need so your free to leave whenever you want." We both thanked him quickly before he walked out of the door.
I turned my attention back to her. "Are you ready to go?" She smiled slightly, "Yes! Get me out of here, Jacob Black." She jumped down from the bed and began to walk, but I stopped her. "Wait," I said. She looked at me completely confused. I swiftly swooped her up in my arms, and began carrying her bridal style. I could see the small blush making its way onto her cheeks. "Put me down! People are going to look at us like we're crazy and this makes me feel like a little kid." I chuckled at her attempt of trying to get out of my arms.
"There is no way that I am putting you down ever again. You scared the hell out of me, Mrs. Black." Her face turned an even deeper shad of pink. "Mrs. Black?" I nodded my head. "Yep. I am going to have to start calling you that eventually. Even though I didn't think it was possible, her face only went darker. I laughed again at how cute she was, and walked out of the hospital doors, happier than I have ever been before.
Hahahaha! Guys, this was supposed to be in regular pov, but half way through, I realized that I wrote it all in Jacob's pov. Whoops. & Sorry if it's shorter this time. :/ Anyways, I hope everyone enjoyed! :D
THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT! I am here to tell everyone that this story is going to be ending soon! Tear. D': I feel like this story needs to reach it ending already, so there's only going to be about two more chapters. Three or four at the most. I know, it's sad! But I'm ready to start my new Taylor Lautner story, and this one needs to end first. I'm excited, but at the same time, kinda sad. This story seems to have a lot of people hooked, and it honestly surprises me. But that's enough about that! Again, I hope everyone liked it! :]
