Bri (The Vampire Diaries) A new story.

Chapter 2

3:00 PM

"It sure is good to be back!" Bri's Mom exclaimed, "But all these boxes.."
Bri smiled, she loved being back. Everything looked the same, smelt the same, felt the same.. She loved how old and historic everything here was. She loved how the town was so mysterious, and felt like you could unravel deep and dark secrets about it's past.
"Yeah, I know what you mean." Bri said, lifting another box out of the truck and bringing it toward the doorstep.
"Bri!" Bri turned around, and saw a boy with light blonde hair and dark blue eyes. He smiled and waved at her. Bri set her box down and ran down the driveway,
"Matt!" She yelled. When she got to him, she gave him a hug, "I've missed you."
"Elena told me you were back, I had to come see you, sorry. You're busy."
"No, no. It's fine, how've you been. I heard about you and Caroline.."
"What? Oh, how'd you hear of that?"
"Facebook."
"Oh, right." She shrugged his shoulders, "I thought we were the same, but then the truth came out of her, and we're completely different."
"I'm sorry."
"Yeah, it's fine. I mean, she seems to be okay."
"Anything new happen in this town?"
Matt laughed and ran his hand through his hair, "Oh god. Just a bit."
"You have to tell me!"
Matt narrowed his eyes and looked to the ground, "I'll tell you what I can."
"Wha--"
"Bri, hunny! Who's that? Don't think you can put off labour just because you have company, come on!"
"Oh, I better go. We're still unpacking and stuff."
"Do you need help?" Bri smiled, Matt was always kind that way,
"Sure, if you don't mind." Matt smiled and walked up the driveway,
'I'll tell you what I can?'
